About Nashville
Music City:
The Grand Ole Opry may have put Nashville on the map, but the music (and the fun) in the city is as varied as the musicians who come from all over the world to make their mark. Visit the Country Music Hall of Fame or the “Carnegie Hall of the South”- the historic Ryman Auditorium. Other favorite local music venues include the Bluebird Café, the Station Inn and the Exit/In.
Nightlife:
Nashville’s nightlife is as diverse as the music scene – from the world-famous Printer’s Alley to Tootsie’s Orchid Lounge. If line dancing is more your style, head over to Wildhorse Saloon and take some dance lessons or just party, Nashville-style in the Lower District.
Eats:
You’ll never even have to leave the Opryland Hotel to experience some of the world’s best dining, but if want a universe of options, take a ride on the General Jackson or grab a cab downtown. There’s also Green Hills and the West End for a wide variety of eating experiences.
Shopping:
You can find great shopping at the Opry Mills mall, located just down the road from the Opryland Hotel.
Sights:
History buffs will enjoy visiting the Bell Meade Plantation and Andrew Jackson’s home, the Hermitage. The Jack Daniel’s Distillery is also located near Nashville in Lynchburg, Tennessee.
Travel:
Getting from the Nashville International Airport to Imaging USA should be a breeze thanks to car rental, taxi service – approximately a $25 fare to the Opryland Hotel – and buses and shuttles located conveniently at the airport.
