Promotional Ideas & Tools
-
Press Releases & Announcements
Will you be offering a jaw-dropping show special? Are you unveiling a new product? Let photographers know why they can’t miss seeing you at the Imaging EXPO, and they will plan accordingly. While your company can send out e-mails and add announcements to your website, consider sending PPA a press release or other type of announcement to drum up attention and excitement. We’ll post it on the Imaging USA blog (http://iusatv.imagingusa.org/) and possibly the PPA Today blog, increasing your exposure even more. To send these releases, please e-mail Angela Wijesinghe.
Download a fill-in-the-blank press release for formatting and copy ideas.
-
Press Kits
If you have a new (or fairly new) product, your marketing team might have pulled together a press kit to help media learn about it. You can still make use out of those kits, even though we will not have a separate media office this year.Consider keeping any press materials at your booth, and e-mailing Angela Wijesinghe about it. She will send out periodic announcements to the registered Imaging USA media guests, and can point them to your booth (or even your contact person).
-
Imaging USA Media
Every year, members of photographic industry magazines, blogs, and other publications register for a Media Pass to Imaging USA. Consider scheduling a meeting or interview with them, especially if you have something new or exciting that your company is doing. To contact them, just e-mail Angela Wijesinghe. She will notify the media members and will either send you their information, or relay your messages for you (depending on their preferences). -
Web Buttons & Banner Ads
Here’s a simple way for you to promote your presence at Imaging USA: place these pre-made web buttons and ads on your site’s home page, your company blog, or any other online place.
