Every year, members of photographic industry magazines, blogs and other publications register for a Media Pass to Imaging USA. If you have a new (or fairly new) product, your marketing team might have pulled together a press kit to help media learn about it. We encourage you to bring those kits along and keep them at your booth, and also email them to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will distribute press kits and media advisories leading up to the event to spread the word and point them toward your booth! Please be sure to include any date and time information if you plan on doing anything exciting at your booth to draw their attention.

Large conferences and events often become targets for companies seeking to take advantage of the exhibitors.
Some our exhibitors have recently reported to us that they’ve been contacted by third party vendors for a number of reasons, including hotel reservations and offering to sell our attendee list containing phone numbers and email address to them. These third-party “pirate” or “poacher” companies create fake websites and email solicitations offering special discounts hotel rooms for Imaging USA. They use web domain names and email addresses that look similar to the official vendors for the conference. Often these discounted rooms do not exist or the attendee lists contain fake attendee contact information. The primary objective of this solicitation is to obtain your credit card information to scam you out of hundreds of dollars.
We want to assure you that these types of companies are scammers and considered an event “poacher” and we have taken measures to cease any further contact.
PPA and Imaging USA do not sell attendee or exhibitor information and we will never call or email to solicit business. Please do not hesitate to contact us, if you receive any future correspondence as we can take the necessary action. We recommend you block the email address and place in junk folders or spam folder to block.
