Learn How You Can Beat the Sports Photography Competition at Imaging USA

If you’re ready to improve your sports photography, then you need to check out what Imaging USA has to offer!

Between Light and Shadow For Event and Volume Photographers

When you think about sports photography, you might immediately think of this: GOAL, Touchdown, Hole-in-one! But, what you should really be thinking about is the lighting. Since most sports occur outside or under harsh luminescent lighting, it’s important to be prepared for lighting control especially when working in the fast-paced field of sports photography. Luckily, Tony and Mandy Corbell are going to teach you everything you need to know about their set-up and the light theories of Light Quality, Light Quantity and Light Direction. After this session, you’ll be prepared for everything the lighting throws at you.

Extracting, Compositing & Sports - A Peek Behind the Curtain

If you’re looking for a way to have your work stand out amongst the competition, you’ve come to the right place. At this session, Randy Pollard is going to teach you the tips, tricks and the “hidden secret” to elevating your composite skills. Having amazing photography is one thing, but being able to transform that work into eye-catching composites is going to help you make a name for yourself in sports photography.

Volume Sports Photography: Gear, Workflow, and Compositing

At this session, Alison Carlino is going to teach you everything she knows about gear, workflow and compositing. After you attend this presentation, you’ll have a better grasp on bidding to boards, handling coaches before/after the booking, “day of” set up & workflow, post-processing, digital compositing, and social media interaction. What more could you ask for?!

On top of all of these amazing speakers, there will also be the Coach’s Corner on January 19 & January 20. This will give you the chance to spend 10 minutes with a professional coach at Imaging USA where you can ask them questions and get advice on images, business and whatever else you need help with! You can reserve your time slot here!

We can’t wait to see you there! Make sure to register for Imaging USA before December 6th to save $25 on your Imaging USA member registration for 2020!
