Painting With Photoshop
Session Time: Jan 15th 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

This is a full-day pre-convention class. This year all individual pre-con classes are only $49.

Painting: the practice of applying paint, pigment, color or other medium to a solid surface. The medium is commonly applied to the base with a brush, but other implements, such as knives, sponges, and airbrushes, can be used. The final work is also called a painting. This sums up what Sandra Pearce is going to teach you.

You will be using Photoshop and all its digital brushes that come in knives, sponges and of course the wonderful airbrush. You will learn to use the mixer brush with all its magical ways (glass glare, blemishes, stray hairs and a multitude of other things it is for.)  You will learn to paint the images that are usually cast off as unusable.   When Sandra was told she had to paint with Corel, she decided she enjoyed Photoshop more. This is where she began her journey to teach herself Photoshop Painting.  She has been teaching painting for the last 12 years and she invites you to join her.
