Marceliano was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, but he just recently moved to Alabama to start a new branch of his families photography business. He entered into his families fourth generation business when he was just seven years old. He shot his first wedding by himself when he was thirteen. Photography and print competition are in his blood, having literally grown up in the field while also attending print judging (before it was online) and participating in PPA for as long as he can remember. PPA has had a great influence in his life and has been a big role in refining him into the photographer he is today. He feels blessed to be able to say that he has received awards in both the image and album categories at the GIA’s in recent years. He was also asked to represent the USA in the World Photographic Cup for the past two years in a row. He has never had to look hard for a teacher and he is excited for the opportunity to give back to a community that has already given me so much. Marceliano says the best part about being a photographer is getting to work with people on the best day of their lives, and he feels its easy for people to forget that. When He's not behind the camera, he is with his wife and three daughters enjoying their family life.
