Mark currently leads PSPC, Professional School, Sport & Special Event Photography Consulting, a provider of management and strategic consulting services and education to the volume photography industry.As a member association of PMA Mark served as the Technical Advisor to PSPA, the Professional School Photographers Association and later as Managing Director he led the organization’s transition to PSPI, Professional School and Sports Photographers International an organizer of volume photography tradeshows and conferences associated with WPPI.Mark was a member of the Lifetouch management team for 25 years and after retiring served as a consultant to the company for two years.Prior to retiring from Lifetouch Mark served in a variety of roles within the company including Vice President Human Resources for the school, portrait studio and church businesses and as Vice President of Photography for the school business.As VP of School Photography Mark was charged with the strategic repositioning of photography as a competitive point of difference with the responsibility for photo program development and implementation, photography operations and training, photo quality, department budget and shared responsibility for photographic capital expenditures.During his tenure with Lifetouch Mark oversaw the start-up of the Portrait Studios training and development and customer service functions, and temporarily led the Marketing department, Research and Development department and a production facility. I participated in the acquisition and integration of Olan Mills, Herff Jones, Jostens Photography and others.

Mark Schoenrock spent over 25 years with Lifetouch, Inc., a giant within the school photography industry. During his tenure, he served in a variety of roles within the company including Vice President of Human Resources for the school, portrait studio and church businesses as well as Vice President of Photography for the school business. As VP of School Photography Mark oversaw a wide range of responsibilities, including photographic operations and training and the photo program development and implementation. He was instrumental in repositioning photography as a competitive differentiator for the company and made a strong impact in an ever-changing industry.
